With over 32 years of experience across leading financial institutions, including IDBI Bank, Citi, ICICI Bank, YES Bank, RBL Bank, AXIS Finance and IREP Credit Capital (Viksit Capital), I have built and scaled businesses across Affordable Housing, Home Loans, LAP, Micro-LAP and Wholesale Lending. My experience includes expanding operations across Tier 4 and Tier 5 markets, serving nearly 14,000 customers through 93 branches, and building a ₹3,000+ Cr wholesale lending portfolio.
