Proven expertise in building businesses from the ground up, scaling operations, developing distribution networks, and driving sustainable growth across diverse and emerging markets.

Strong track record in Affordable Housing, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, Micro-LAP, and Wholesale Lending, with experience in building high-performing teams, expanding geographic presence, strengthening credit and risk frameworks, and delivering business growth at scale. Successfully led businesses across South India and emerging markets, combining deep market understanding with disciplined execution and customer-centricity.

We are currently operating from our regional offices in Tumkur, Karnataka and Vashi, Navi Mumbai, with live markets across Tumkur, Sira and Vashi. We have begun expanding our presence into new markets, with Tiptur, Kunigal, Hindupur, Chikkaballapur, Davangere and Doddaballapura in Karnataka & Pune in Maharashtra identified as upcoming locations. Where we are headed

RamSetu is building a phased presence across emerging markets, with a focus on bringing accessible financial solutions closer to businesses and customers.

  1. Phase 1

    Tumkur Cluster

    Establish 5–7 branches by December 2026, with a target of ₹10 crore in business generation in FY 2027.

  2. Phase 2

    Andhra Pradesh

    Expand into Rajahmundry and surrounding markets including Samarlakota, Bhimavaram, Bobbili, Tadepalligudem and Amalapuram.

  3. Phase 3

    Telangana

    Expand into Karimnagar and nearby markets including Mancherial, Parkal, Warangal, Jangaon and Jagtial.

  4. Phase 4

    Noida & Uttar Pradesh

    Build presence across Noida, Hapur, Meerut, Moradabad, Mathura and Vrindavan.
